How to create a subdomain in cPanel? Print

To Create a subdomain in cPanel, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. Navigate to the "Domains" section.
3. Click on "Domains".
4. Click on "Create A New Domain" On the right side.
4. Enter the new subdomain name in the "my.example.com" field.
5. To create a subdomain enter any sub word before your domain for ex. sub.yourmaindomain.com
6. Enter the document root (directory where website files will be stored)
    If ticked to share data with Public_html then untick to enter Custom root directory for that domain.
7. Click "Submit".

Note: 
Subdomain only work when the primary domain is certified and Connected to the cPanel.
  Otherwise it created but not work.
- It takes 10-15 minutes to live in browsers so be Patience.
