In some cases, you may need to force a password reset for a cPanel or WHM account.
This can be done using the following methods:
Method 1: Using WHM
1. Log in to WHM as the root user.
2. Navigate to Account Functions > Force Password Change.
3. Select the account you want to reset the password for.
4. Click Force Password Change.
5. The user will be prompted to change their password on their next login.
Method 2: Using cPanel
1. Log in to cPanel as the account owner.
2. Navigate to Preferences > User Manager.
3. Click on the Change Password button next to the account owner's username.
4. Enter a new password and confirm it.
5. Click Change Password.
Method 3: from Client area
1. Log in to Client Area: Access your TeRexCloud Client area.
2. Navigate to Services: Click on "Services" or "My Services" to view your active services.
3. Find Hosting Service: Locate your web hosting service from the list.
4. View Product Details: Click on it to view its details.
5. Change password Option: Look for "Change password" in the sidebar.
6. Enter "New Password" And "Confirm New Password" And Click On Save Changes.
