Refund Policy

At TeRexCloud, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be instances where our services do not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing fair resolutions. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed.


Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is specifically designed for Shared Hosting and cPanel Hosting plans. Unfortunately, the following services and products are not eligible for refunds:

  • VPS Hosting
  • Dedicated Hosting
  • Domain Registrations
  • SSL Certificates

We encourage customers to carefully review their hosting needs before purchasing these services.


Refund Period

Customers can request a refund within 7 days from the date of order activation. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.


Conditions for Refund

Refunds will only be approved under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within the eligible refund period.
  • The reason for the refund is valid and supported with relevant details or documentation.
  • No violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy have occurred.

An 18% GST deduction will be applied to the refundable amount (excluding transaction or setup fees). Before processing a refund, we may offer to shift your service to another plan or product that better suits your needs.


Refund Process

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  • Provide your account details, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
  • Our support team will review your request and inform you of the decision within 2 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business working days and issued to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup or one-time fees

Additional Notes

We reserve the right to deduct charges for any promotional or free services availed during the hosting period. Additionally, refunds may not apply to accounts that have been upgraded, downgraded, or suspended due to policy violations.

TeRexCloud reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or prominently displayed on our website.
