2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Account Management
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Unauthorized access to accounts must be reported immediately.
- TeRexCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
4. Use of Services
Users must not:
- Host illegal content, including but not limited to malware, pirated software, or copyrighted materials without authorization.
- Engage in activities that disrupt or harm our network, servers, or other users.
- Use services for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purposes.
TeRexCloud reserves the right to monitor and investigate accounts suspected of violating these terms.
5. Free Trial and Refund Policy
- TeRexCloud provides a 7-day free trial for shared hosting plans.
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of order activation for eligible services.
- Refunds do not apply to:
- Setup fees or payment gateway charges.
- GST and taxes.
- VPS, dedicated servers, or domain registrations (non-refundable).

6. Reseller Hosting
- Reseller hosting plans operate on dedicated servers for optimal performance.
- Resellers receive priority support and exclusive offers.
- Resellers must adhere to additional terms specific to their agreements.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- TeRexCloud guarantees high reliability and uptime through the use of multiple foreign servers.
- While we strive for uninterrupted service, occasional maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur.
- Users are covered under our SLA for compensation in the event of significant downtime.
8. Support Availability
- Support is available Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Limited support is available on Sundays, and response times may be slightly delayed.
9. Payments and Late Fees
- Payments must be made promptly as per the invoice due date.
- A late fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged for overdue payments.
- Non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Custom and Fixed Plans
- Dedicated servers and fixed hosting plans are available.
- Custom configurations can be arranged by contacting TeRexCloud support.
11. Data Security and Two-Factor Authentication
- Users’ accounts support two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
- Servers are secured through partnerships with reputable security providers.
- HTTPS and encryption protocols protect all data transmissions.
12. Data Sharing and Restrictions
- When registering a domain, user details are shared with the domain provider as required by ICANN regulations.
- TeRexCloud enforces strict restrictions against phishing and other illegal activities, with immediate action taken against offenders.
13. Cookies and Performance
We use cookies to store user data and improve website performance. Users consent to cookie usage by accessing our website.
14. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of their content hosted on TeRexCloud servers.
- Users must ensure that hosted content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- TeRexCloud retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, and service-related materials.
15. Limitation of Liability
- TeRexCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold TeRexCloud harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from violations of these terms or misuse of our services.
17. Termination
- TeRexCloud reserves the right to terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these terms.
- Non-payment or fraudulent activities.
- Actions that compromise the security or integrity of our services.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
19. Amendments
TeRexCloud reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements on our website.
